I have some 12 eye "oxblood" colored ones, or the ones that look burgundy that you rubbed black shoe polish all over. I didn't like the yellow stitching either so I rubbed the stitches down with black shoe-polish, simple fix. I think some people can make them look good but I usually feel goofy in them. Also I think they're horribly uncomfortable to walk in they hurt the arches of my feet and they give me blisters if I'm walking long distances. I also always felt doc martens felt very cheaply made. Would rather have something like Red Wings.

I bought some this year to wear around during the winter. I like em and they are pretty comfortable, although the fake leather or whatever they're made out of isn't the greatest quality. Also the soles freeze up and get kinda slippery if you're walking on ice.

I don't really care for them that much; the sole is just way too big and clunky-looking for my taste. There's really nothing wrong with the rest of the boot though, and if you don't mind the sole they're a pretty good buy.
