geobasket has thick leather with padding. they're the opposite of a summer shoe. some people wear them during summer like some people wear big leather boots during summer, but it's dumb.
island dunk has no no padding (aside for ankle support on back) and slightly thinner leather. but they're pushing it as well for a summer shoe. they're ok, but if you're standing in the sun they're going to get to warm.
