For the women's section, I'd say make it for absolute beginners. Most of us wouldn't be using 4chan for fashion help if we had any fucking clue what we were doing/felt comfortable with any of this (apologies for the generalisation). Assume we all know nothing about clothes.

Mixing colours... Which bits of your outfit should match, which really shouldn't, how to start including patterns. Tights can be awkward colour-wise if you don't want to just wear nude/black, but that might just be me.

Maybe hair and makeup, but aimed at people who've never done more than brush their hair and put it in a ponytail, and the closest they've gotten to makeup was face painting when they were little.
