Ottermode here, anything I shouldn't wear and what should I wear. Likewise for everybody else

What do you wear in terms of female fashion when you have mega shoulders?
I'm a trap, but I still need to disguise them

Skinny here, trying to go for pic related. I've been working out the past month now, twice a week.

Took a bit of courage to go to the gym alone but I'm quite happy with my progress so far. My flat as shit pecs has built a bit of volume. Not much change with my abs yet though, but I'm optimistic because they get sore for a few days every trip I take.

My routine is 5 sets of bench presses, 5 sets of flyes, and at least 100 reps of inclined crunches and sit-ups. Been steadily increasing the amount of crunches + sit-ups every trip.

Also, I do 8km walks once in a while going to school from my apartment.

>> No.7793286

>>7793103
if you can do 100 inclined crunches and sit-ups youre not engaging your abs properly

>> No.7793312

>>7793103
You know there's truth to the old saying "abs are made in the kitchen rather than the gym," not sure where you're starting from but you could have visible abs without doing 100 improper crunches. Simply eat better and do some cardio.

I'm just as thin as the skinny guy in OP's pic. I still try my best losing whatever belly fat I have if any and check on my diet.

>> No.7793460

>>7793447
Not him but if you can do 100 inclined crunches you're likely cheating yourself, you'd benefit much more from doing 45 properly. You may be as thin as him but if you can't see your abs it's a bodyfat issue. I suppose you're what they call skinny fat.

Well if it means anything, I don't do 100 in a row. I do 30 crunches and 5 sit-ups for 3 times in about a 20~30 minute span. I do half of them weighted too.

5'10" 125lbs. I'd post pic but I'm at school right now.

Can you recommend something that can burn belly fat besides the obvious diet? Because I really eat lightly since forever.

>> No.7793533

>>7793526
Running fast for 45 minutes a day, that last bit of fat is notorious for taking a long duration of time to get off. Just continue whatever it is you're doing and throw in cardio
