A lot of it (almost all of it) will be out of season now so the only way to cop would be second hand with a lot of luck. Fashion is hard and full of disappointments :(

It really depends, it's all over the place. If the brand is listed you should be able to find their website and through that, their stockists. If it's previous season, marketplaces are your best bet, places like Rakuten, Y!auctions japan, and eBay - along with some luck. Consignment stores are nice too - eg-co.bigcartel.com is one I've been keeping lowkey, but it has a lot of these types of things, guyi consignment, reporter, and countless others.

Talking about AW13 "Anitomicouture"? Yeah, the models made it look good, but then once it started hitting stockists the photos seemed pretty mediocre. Though a lot of stockists do miserable jobs at photographing a lot of pieces. The printed tees were really lazy in my opinion, the jeans were okay, but most of the ribcage prints/patches felt pretty lame to me. Though the backpack could be an exception.
