Like I'll admit when I first went to /mu/ I really liked ITAOTS and would even dare to put it in my top 5. I mean sure it's a good album, but it's not as good as /mu/ makes it out to be. After a while my taste developed and although I still like ITAOTS, there were other albums I liked that were a lot better

You are actually really right on where I'm at right now. I've been coming to /fa/ for around a year and a half and the tastes of the board have defiantly rubbed off on me. I'm trying to establish my own though. The ITAOTS comparison is on point too, and I feel like my own personal taste is finally developing. But the whole choosing between the different shoes thing also plays into how I am really indecisive about my purchases and find it hard to settle on one thing.
