I usually take a size 13 at Nike (they all fit very well) and found that those and flyknits were much tighter, and I had to take the insoles out in order to get bit more room for them to be actually comfortable, so you should maybe consider sizing up half a size.
As for the fits, I found those extremely hard to pull off, especially because they attract all the attention. I still haven't decided if i liked them and what to wear with, especially in regards to pants
