holos are gimmicky. Raf's velcros are impeccable in design and shape (IMO), but i've never seen him release a non-ugly colorway aside from plain leather and that one blue suede pair he released.

Idk about the all black, but I have the navy/green one's from this season and everyone was hiveminding the "lol portugal enjoy ur shit quality" when I bought em, but honestly its a load of shit. They're fucking great quality, lined in supple ass leather, the texture of all the non-leather materials is nice and substantial as well. The green part even has a semi-holographic quality to it where it looks black when you look at it from certain angles. The soles are stiff and will obviously handle a ton of wear.

nah, never handled the italian made ones. They probably are made from slightly better leather or something, but the portugal ones are definitely nothing to complain about or regret.

It's like, if the decision is between new, high quality Portuguese velcros; or used, slightly higher high quality italian velcros. . . I'd personally go with the new ones. Still ridiculously well-crafted shoes.

could anyone tell me theyre experience with the sizing on these? I read a few people saying that they run a bit large so you could actually get your regular size or a size lower. Then i read a website (shoebaloo) that they are true to size.

I suppose they are tts. I am a size 45, and I bought them in 45 but they feel kinda loose. They are still super comfy and wearable though. I imagine I could have fit into a size 44 and the fit would have been snugger.
