Besides the Red chinos all those items seem fine and are common to find that its not very internetish

>>7608585
I think he means things like red chinos and things that arent too common that they would stand out and be something that would be discovered only if you frequent boards.

OP items that i think that make you look like you are dressed by the internet from the top of my head are things like

Common Projects
Gothninja type brands.
A lot of raf shoes
GATs

I wouldve added hitler youth type hair but thats pretty much the standard haircut now of this gen.

>> No.7608640

>>7608628

the thing is, people that wear CPs, Rick Owens, and Raf usually style it well and not straight out of an infographic

everyone on sufu is dressed by the internet, but they look good and it usually fits their personalities

babby-faced people in MFA-core do not look natural and are styling straight from infographs

don't look at an infographics and WAYWT for a how-to guide, look at it for ideas on how to improve your current style.

Does monochrome always mean goofninja?

Avant Garde fashion is inherently (nearly) impossible on a low budget.

>> No.7608701

>>7608640
I agree with this, compare monochrome fits from here compared to ones on sufu for example

sufu ones actually looks like it blends with their personality and each clothing item looks great together (when factoring the surroundings etc)

ones you find here are just regular black jeans, regular crew neck tshirt which looks a bit tight. then BAM rick owens, common projects in your face. This look ends up looking very forced and internety cos it isnt put together too well so it ends up looking 'dressed by the internet'

>>7608651
>EVERYONE is dressed by the internet in this day and age

Sometimes it looks really natural which is good then sometimes it really shows which is bad.

I think OP is trying to avoid looking like the bad. Usually those types are when people rush to certain default brands thinking it will all of a sudden make them look like the pics they see on sufu.

1. buy expensive shoes, fuccboi.

2. disregard what anyone says about black jeans, unless you want something extra nice like DNA's or something with insane length for stacks. 510's or 511's in black stretch are fine. sufu gets behind them. acne max/ace cash is a waste of money

3. come to terms with the fact that you'll never look like a stylezeitgeist user on a budget. you also might need to move away from complete monochrome if you want to keep it interesting.

4. shoes like sk8-his are fine but don't try to wear them like they're geobaskets. shoes like docs are fine but don't try to wear them like they're guidis.

5. !!!!!!!! BE IN SHAPE !!!!!!!! this is really important. you should be lean with a fair amount of muscle mass (unless you have the exact proportions of a model, height and all) but most importantly your body should be V shaped otherwise you won't cant in to do silhouette

6. diy

7. buy used dumbass

8. don't buy anything from allsaints or oak unless you can get it on a ridiculous discount. VTB and Ovate are okay.
