5/10. Plebs eat it up because it's super edgy and in black in white.
Shame how they only scrap the surface of the misery in the banlieus.

Actually it has some ok cinematography, a pretty good story and some funny moments. It's okay if you prefer The Dark Knight trilogy though.

You're totally right. Calling someone a typical fa/tv/irgin and calling a film shitty without any arguments equals shitting on someone. You won m8

A great film is usually immortalized by the ending. In a sad attempt to give their film an ending they decided to go cheap by the form of shock and killed off vinz and the nigger. "but it's okay" they though "because it is life in the french ghetto it is totally realistic." No it isn't it was a total bull shit and shoehorned ending, a very sad attempt.

You are arguing with multiple anons atm.
I called it a 5/10 and the list in this thread is mine.
Its biggest flaw is that it is deceiving from what it tries to portray.
It would be a 2/10 with an ungaging story if it wasn't for the setting.

>>7563754
Closest film that comes to perfection. Might even be perfect but I can't tell because I have nothing equally perfect to compare it to which again implies it's perfect. Malick is a true master of the medium film.

>> No.7565115

say what you want about the ending, but la haine had a dope mood the whole way thru and kept me watching. strong 7.5/10 for me.

>>7563824
malick is awesome. i enjoyed the film a lot, cinematography and directing was tight, but ToL was too raw for most moviegoers (even for me at times, a malick fan). a thin red line, days of heaven, new world are way better in my opinion simply because they know their focus.
