1. Opinion on Cheap Monday jeans? Are they good quality for the price?

2. Which CM jeans are the best?

If you live in Europe: yes.
If you live in the US: just get a pair of levis.
>Which CM jeans are the best?
Whichever ones fit you.

>> No.7554613

Do not buy jeans from Cheap Monday.
Are you a fucking idiot?
Shit quality. For something around that price range, check out Levis. Nothing special but better none the less.

>> No.7554623

>>7554613
the quality is about the same

and in some places Levis are more expensive than cheap mondays

Do you really think im gonna pay £80 ($130) for some Levi jeans that get sold in America for $40-$50?
Cheap Mondays are only £50 and can often be found for £30 on sale.

>>7554571
To answer your question op i really like the stretch denim because they are seriously comfy but stretch denim doesn't last as long so you can pick slightly better fit and comfort in exchange for durability.

If you only plan on having two pairs of jeans you'll probably want them to last longer but i have four pairs of stretch denim in rotation which is making them last with two pairs of normal denim thrown in.

i got some cheap monday tight raws, they're not amazing quality but i like the fit and the colour is nice. as some people have said they are probably the same quality as levis, i got these for half price though ($60AU) so i'm pretty happy with mine

gonna wash em in 6 months or longer if i can wait, apparently they dont fade too well but i dont mind too much because i like the colour

Selling CM Bart Parka in Black Small

Arrived in the mail 20 minutes ago so never worn. New with tags. £170

>> No.7555400

I have a pair of "tight OD almost black" according to the label inside

Bought them 2/3 years ago, holding up great. The colour has worn into a nice light grey with a heathery texture to it. They've stretched so they're only tight first day out of the wash now but tbh that's a plus, they're soft & comfy (feel like 20% sweatpant) and I have little interest in man leggings

I've had Levis and there's no difference in quality. CMs are well priced at £50.

As always with clothes (more so with jeans!) you're far better trying them on in person. If you're UK based, Selfridges and Urban outfitters stock them and are pretty ubiquitous

newfag here, why do people sit in bathtubs with their jeans. whats the point of it?

>> No.7555437

>>7555427

Okay so, raw jeans are un-sanforized. That means that they are completely untreated. Therefore when you wash them for the first time, they will shrink. Soaking them, pre-shrinks them to your body shape and prevents them warping out of shape when you wash them. it also gets rid of excess dye.

I prefer them to Levi's because the Tights are skinnier then the 510s. I think they have nicer colors also. I also have pic related which looks great and I also like a lot.

how do the jeans weight compare to levi's?

Depends on the model.

CM Tight Very Stretch Black is really thin, while CM Tight New Black is pretty thick. Can't compare to Levi's though.

>but stretch denim doesn't last as long so you can pick slightly better fit and comfort in exchange for durability.

Usually, yes, but Cheap Monday has some amazing fucking stretch denim. I've got a pair which has lasted me 2 years, that I've even been skateboarding in, no rips, no tears, just a few minor scratches.

I got their non stretch denim aswell, and they ripped after about 6 months.
