to be honest, no. To actually fight properly in a real fight, you do need years of training. Even I wasnt fighting properly, i fucked up my foot for a while on both occasions. It was just muscle memory for me. Read up on stuff or find someone to teach you once a week if you're serious about it. Kickboxing is good fun, but irl it is pretty shit unless you're lucky like I was. Trying to kick someone in the head is a terrible idea, i was just lucky.
