Restoring the hair line does not stop further balding. You will end up having a hairline and a totally bald place behind. If you don't start to take Fiansteride you will have to get transplants again and again in order to maintain full hair.

Most common stuff you can take, and which actually works:
- Finasteride (oral or topical)
- Dutasterid
- Minoxidil (topical)
- Nizoral (topical)

Still oral Finasteride is pretty much the most effective one. You need it to stop further balding, all the other stuff is more like an addition for better results.

I've posted this before, but my regimen that works for me:

Insanely high dosage of dutasteride (2 mg / day)

Rogaine 2x a day (use dermaroller at night)

Nizoral shampoo 3x a week

the way dutasteride works is that it blocks conversion of test into dht which causes test levels to spike, your body attempts to balance that by spiking estrogen. That's where you get the bad side effects, not from lowering testosterone itself as some people think (it's actually the opposite).

To help counteract that I take 200mg of DIM (strongest natural anti-estrogen) and Formeron (legal pro-hormone type thing that both lowers Estrogen AND DHT)

With this combo I have 0 sides (increased libido due to the formeron if everything - although you have to be careful not to block estrogen too much as that can fuck with your body as well)
