i live in the retarded part of texas that gets retardedly cold (it's 22F/-5C here right now)
wind also blows regularly at 10-20mph.

i need a good ass knit or something to stay warm
limit of 200~ish (stretchable if really needed)
prefer black/white/gray.

I have this from llbean and it is retarded how warm it is. I live in California and can only wear it on the coldest days of the year or else I get too warm. I'm not sure they sell this exact one anymore but I'm sure their fisherman sweater is similar.
