What is it about indigo denim and black shoes that I don't like? I don't like it but I don't know why. edumacate me

It's just not really a flattering colour combination. The hues don't compliment each other in the slightest , it's quite jarring if you ask me.
Also I fucking despise that fit.

also, I ask about black sneakers because I've never been fond of non-black/white sneakers so it's unfortunate that black and indigo looks like shit. all my sneakers are black so I'm finding that I solely wear brown boots with my blue indigo jeans.

No, because that only applies to mixing black and brown leathers. Something like black pants with brown shoes and belt is fine. Indigo and black are just so close they blend together

Boots look best with jeans anyway

everything can be done well. i'd suggest black pants because that's my favorite OR try a different shade of jeans, further from black? i don't think i have any pics of blue pans and black sneakers.
