my sense of smell and taste is so bad that I cant tell the difference between good or bad coffee so i'm not picky about what i drink to enable my caffeine addiction.

MacBeans, Aberdeen, Scotland (Not a brand per say, but the best coffee emporium in the country).

Otherwise, Illy for the can and Lavazza to refill it.

Taylors is shit, Starfucks is shit, Costa is crap, Own brand is dodgy and usually stale.

Theres this little shop near where I live and every day that have different imports and they're so fucking good. Sometimes they have blueberries mixed in and sometimes they have pipe tobacco, its great, a bit expensive but it's worth it.

Bodum makes a good french press. http://www.crateandbarrel.com/bodum-black-coffee-press/s547372

I use a Baratza Encore conical burr grinder ($130) but you could get away with something cheaper like a small one-cup grinder.

Also, if you don't mind grinding yourself (which only takes about 10 seconds per cup) get a hand mill. They are like $30. You can adjust the grind size to get a chunkier grind, which is more desirable for brewing in a French Press (as finer grinds tend to leak through the screen into the brewed coffee).

I always use a french press and grind my own beans, but I've never found this to be true, I just tend to find a finer grind gives a stronger brew

Yeah. Besides just mail ordering it yourself, they've got their own shops in New York, LA, and Seattle, and a ton of independent places use them for wholesale.
