Maybe I'm biased, I have a thing for Italian girls and I might just think it looks good on guys too.

The way it looks now is pretty good, I think. If you let your facial hair become stubbly it can maintain some boyish charm but look manly as well.

Other than that you could keep the length, short the sides and pull it back. Kinda "stereotypically" Italian to slick your hair back, but it's a pretty good style either way.
