Did you grab them there and dig your fingertips in? You can easily leave finger prints in tees if you do that. Wash them, it should reset the fabric. I doubt it's a pulled thread as they're tightly woven.

because of the stitching of it, a vertical thread running along the inside has been shortened, putting tension on the horizontal threads that lie across it. If you can find the shortened thread (it should be pulled loose somewhere alone the seam) and cut it, the little bumps might disappear

you can figure out which thread it is by pulling it out a little more. if the bumps get worse, that's the one you need to cut

be advised though, they may not disappear altogether. after you cut it, stretch the entire pant leg vertically and horizontally, then diagonally both ways near where the bumps used to be. see if that fixes it
