really well thanks, its an excellent experience. The students are definitely pushed into a certain direction, and yeah its forcing me to study color much more than i did in the past. Yeah it is different than what I like, but im ok with that, its good to have a range, and using color is something that is necessary to master if you want to work as a designer...the teachers respond fairly well to my work, they have no issues with students who like to work in black and white actually, you just have to be able to use/control color well if you want to. but really i get along with the pattern cutting instructor the best.

in some respects yes, i have a balance of skills, some pattern making, some drawing. there are people here who already have a shit ton of experience though, who are much older than me.
