I've never cleaned my ramones tho cause I dig the grimey beat to hell aesthetic w/them. I personally think that black laces look better than the whites, and i generally change the lace pattern pretty sporadically.

just looking at your measurements doesn't give me much info about how you really look or how you'll integrate them into your wardrobe, but i think the all black geos or geos with all black uppers and cream soles are a pretty good option for anyone that's tall and slim

i also recommend the island dunks
