In their current state I feel that below the knee will be slightly baggy after this alteration. I don't have heroin legs so do you think I'll find after a change in length to 30" that the taper is decent?

Can I just buy random shit any any size and get it tailored later or should I at least get things close to my size at least?
I don't want to buy something too big and find out that I wont be able to get it tailored properly.
