Hey /fa/,
so I was going through some old stuff to throw away and found this Bundeswehr parka (pic obviously related). I really love it, it's comfy, fits well, looks great.. but I honestly don't think I could pull the camo off. Does anyone know if they made this in olive drab or maybe green? All the other BW parkas I can find are more or less different, using other kinds of buttons, pockets placed differently etc.. just doesn't look as good. Alternatively, where to cop similarly looking parka for autumn/early winter?

There is no olive version of that version. Only the older versions from the 80s are olive

Aww man. I don't really like the shoulder flaps and the buttons and what not. Oh well, probably gonna get it anyway.
Makes sense considering they didn't really have any olive uniforms in the 90s anymore, but it's still a shame.

Nope. They come out of the armhole. I had a parka like that too but sold it because it was too big
