undercover is probably my favourite brand. got quite a lot of "uc grails" most noticeably the 'she brings the rain' jacket and 'daughter of the young martyr' parka. they're both lovely. size 2 generally is equivalent to small

- Collections, featuring runway video, stills, detailed illustrations of all the pieces, and for the love of fucking God, fabric compositions

Acronym's comes reasonably close, but only the four most recent seasons are up, and the season demonstration videos move way too fast, Errolson more concerned about looking badass than showing how his awesome clothes actually work.

I mean, I know it's marketing, but this is a brand selling life-enhancing functionality without a single New York or Paris dealer. You'd think there'd be some kind of actual guide to all the systems and the features of each piece, instead of a vague glossary.

As someone who actually buys Acronym at full retail, no, no, no. Half the fun of getting a new ACR product is figuring out how the fuck everything works. I've had features that I didn't know existed or understand exactly how they worked until months after purchase. I still sometimes think there's pockets I still haven't found and tabs I still don't know the purpose for. You have no idea how much enjoyment would be killed if there were instruction manuals or videos or something. Figuring it all out for yourself is the best.

But yeah fashion websites suck and I still don't really know why. Most designers treat them more like art installations than the indexes they should be. Everyone in fashion is kind of behind on technology despite the whole thing being about moving forward and what not.
