Constantly looking but my location dont have much to offer. Most is sloppy or basic... controversial words on shirts, and gaudy fake Versace type.

i feel you. i have the same problem, the best thing you can do is just accentuate your waist. trying to cover up big boobs just looks really unflattering. you can still do menswear, but for shirts, definitely get something made for a female shape and try it on first.
