I think I worded my thoughts all wrong. What I'm trying to say is; yes, there are biological dispositions that make up attractiveness. In this case, healthy hair is definitely a biological disposition; it indicates general healthiness. So yes, someone is going to want to fuck with a girl that has long healthy hair than one with unhealthy short hair. So the healthiness is the biological disposition. On top of this, there's the length of the hair, which I think is more of a cultural (or learned) disposition; some cultures will have more women with short hair than long hair and that will be the norm for attractiveness in the cultural sense. In western culture, the dominant force is still long hair; but in -for example- Africa, you will see more short-haired girls, and I'm willing to bet the men there will have a preference for short healthy hair above long healthy hair.
