NZ friend here. I made a purchase from oki-ni worth $650NZD and got charged duties. From Tres Bien I've made two purchases, one of $430NZD and one of $350NZD and didn't get charged duties which was great

tl;dr -- oki-ni - customs tax at $650NZD
tres bien - no customs tax at $430NZD

Haven't had any experience with END yet, sorry. Hope this post was even a tiny bit helpful to someone.

Who billed you by the way? The fed ex mail man, USPS, UPS or was the bill sent at a later date? Would they have not handed over your parcels if you didn't pay the postman immediately?
