I'll go first: Geobaskets - fit half a size larger than the IT/US conversion.

I've found out the following the hard way. For the sake of a bench mark, I'm a 12 in Supra and a 45 in Geobaskets (although I do use an insole):
Freeruns (including Field Generals) - buy half a size up
Palladiums - buy half a size down
Y-3 warriors - buy half a size down
Adidas SLVR - buy half a size down
PF Flyer - buy half a size down
Janoskis - buy half a size down
Lunar Brata Mids - buy half a size down. Not sure if this applies to other shoes with the Lunar sole.
My Flyknits I bought half a size up, but that's just the fit I liked with the socks I usually wear - I could probably have stuck with a 12.
