Tall male figure, slim and a well built upper body with broad shoulders.

have the figure in a pose similar to pic related.
But instead of having the hands in pockets could you make him resting the hand in front view on his waist.
with the arm/ hand in the background in a more relaxed, and hanging fashion.

For the top I'd like a white button up shirt with a very tight and low collar, almost like a shallow turtle-neck button up. Underneath a much thinker, taller black collar that looks similar to a cardigans collar, but resting up, around the neck. Coming out from under the black collar, and then receding underneath the white, a puffed up cravat.

Over this I'd like to have a black silk like blazer, That again, has a cardigan style collar, but this one resting like a normal collar on a blazer or cardigan would. The over coat meets in the middle of its length, with two buttons beside each other, in a double breasted fashion. The coat tapers in around the waist, and on the back it tails down, like a tux blazer with tails, but its a solid piece, as a posed to two tails.

The arms of the overcoat are slightly puffed around the forearm, but sharply tighten up at the elbow to become a much tighter fit down to the wrist.
at the wrist it has a single button.
From underneath a white sleeve, longer than that of the overcoat comes out onto the hand, with a very thin black sleeve running out from underneath that. coming up to the mid knuckle of the thumb.

Pants: Black, done in a style where the fabric looks folded over itself, slightly puffing out like riding breeches, tightening up a bit at the knee. right below the knee the fabric has a 2" - 4" splice in it on both sides of the knee leaving the fabric draping over the front and back of the legs.

Over these breeches and over top the waistline, a thin piece of white fabric draping behind the figure, like the tail on the overcoat, but falling longer. the fabric is hiked up as it goes around the waist.

When it meets in the middle one side is folded over the other, and is tucked into the waistline of the pants.

Over both is a very dark blue silk sash like waist belt, like ones typically worn with Mongolian Deels

it reaches from the just below the belly button and down slightly past the waist. (as to hide the folded waist line of the white drape)

Coming out from under the breeches are white leggings, simulating the folded style of the pants. they are tight like on the lower legs like stoppers from the WWII Japanese army.

The shoes are done in black leather, they are like typical western formal dress shoes in shape, but with a very sharp point to the toe.
They are done up with laces that are tied in the middle (like an oxford)
there is also a black tongue that rests under the laces, but the tongue itself is long, and runs up the leg (about 3.5") with a thin lace of its own coming out from the top of the tongue that is tied around the calve to keep it from falling down.

The shoes have a steep bottom, as well as a steel toe on the outside of the shoe (pointed like the leather). At the heel there is a steel plate that rises against the back of the figures heel (about 2")
