Guys
I'm smoking and drinking my black coffee and skipping meals but once every week I black out and binge eat. I can't control it, it's really frustrating.
I've dropped 40lbs and have gained 10 partly because of this shitty weakness.
So, what do you do to stay skinny, skinnyfags?

OP, whats happening to you is what is commonly referred to as reactive eating
Your body is starving, food is there, it's going to happen. Willpower probably won't stop you, because you're in a different mindset
It would be better to eat a little more often (healthy low calorie food) There really is no other way around it
idk how much you're eating now, but if you're trying to survive the week alone on black coffee and cigs thats why it's happening
Listen to your body, eat a bit when you're really hungry to aviod binging. Plan meals in advance if you must
I have days where I don't get hungry at all, and days where I eat a bit, and days where I eat a bit more than usual. I don't really try to fast for long periods of time though, and this is why

noramly throwing up is pretty helpeful, i do it all the time all you do is 1 make sure you you have eaten a good meal and let it digest for a while and then you 2 after let it digest for a while place index finger near to the back of throaght (close to the dangling phallic noodle) until you activaTION YOur gag reflex until it makes you feel like you want to throw up digest food that you just digested and then 3 you make sure you are in a area that you wont make mess a bathroom is a good place by th sink or toilet and then 4 makeing sure aim well well you remove finger just in time so that the vomit doesn't not touch your finger and having aim well it will go into the toilet and or sink for easy cleaning

I was at 175lbs 33waist early in july.
I'm now 148lbs 30waist.

for the first month I was strict and didn't eat any processed shit (chips, pizza, french fries, chocolate, popcorn...)
stuck with water and eating basically three solid meals a day consisting of:
two eggs and like 5grams of cereal,
lunch I would have chowder and half a sandwich,
and one and a half tilapia fillets with steam broccoli for dinner
so like 800-1200 calories a day.

the first few days the only thing I could think about was my next meal, then I started to see results on my fucking face and everything is so much better.

I'm not eating on a binge anymore just not as little or strict as I used to, but like I said I saw results everywhere and feel so much better.
I've eaten on 1300-1700 calories for like the last week and I'm still losing weight.

I'm 5'11 and metabolize food slowly as fuck so anyone can do it.
