Eat about 3000 calories a day. Every meal is a half pound of either fish, chicken, or beef, along with a salad and a greek yogurt. Along with those two meals, I have a high carb pre-workout (pasta, oatmeal, or naan) and a high calorie/high fat protein shake for breakfast. I also allow cheat meals on the weekend incase my friends want to eat out, etc...

I work out 5 times a week. I lift Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and swim 2km Wednesday and Friday.
