Not really possible. I'd probably have looked like a decent girl if I were born one, though. I have full lips, high and wide cheekbones, big round blue eyes with thick limbal rings etc. Have thick eyebrows, slightly hooded eyes and weird nose though - sort of upturned like a slavic nose but with a slight bump (somewhat like pic related).

Long dark eyelashes and almond eyes (vertically narrow) are good. It's even better if they also look horizontally long (in reality all people's eyes are roughly the same size, but facial features and such make them look different).

I'm tall, but i can never find shirts that fit me properly. The sleeves are always too short, and if I go a size bigger they get too baggy. And constantly looking down on people had given me bad posture. I'd happily lose a few inches.

As far as normal, well adjusted people are concerned, everyone is the same height. I know this may sound extreme or unlikely, but it's true. The VAST majority of people simply adjust perceived height according to the force of your will and personality.
Part of me thinks it's easier to use things like height and face shape to excuse yourself from trying than it is to just do you and risk the experience of failing in some way (not being fashionable, in your case).

There all sorts of jaw procedures but you usually need a good base to work from. You also need custom jaw implants made specially for you if you want a decent result it seems, which jacks up the price even more (I don't know price specifics other than that it's all very expensive, though).
