It almost works in a lot of respects but all the elements dont work together for some reason or another so i'm going to try to list what doesnt work just so you can keep that in mind in preparing a new fit

Get longer sleeves and just roll them up with that type of vest. Cant really tell if the vest is blue or black so get something more obviously blue unless just the lighting if you're trying to do the whole sailor look. Would like darker pants jeans or at least more vivacious because of how close in saturation everything is. You could get better shoes and go with dark brown depending on which elements you keep, but for others the black color would be the best.

Your unstructured collar on the shirt is bringing too much emphasis on your arms too and the shirt doesnt fit well, which is why you should get a long sleeve and just push up the sleeves or a structured collar shirt like a button down and jus throw it on top. I have this one exactly. Fits great. Just be cautious of the seller. They employ bots to place bluff bids and artificially inflate prices. I bought mine from the original retailer.
