What's the average price of a cut in your area? Perhaps triple that. Here is an idea for you that a few girls I know do. When they want a new style they go somewhere that's pretty expensive. They make sure to get the cut just right and then after it's ok to go to other places. Once you have a cut you like it's easy to get it repeated, even somewhere cheap.

Well it looks fine but you should look on google for cuts you might like next. Your hair and face aren't going to prevent you from getting certain styles like some faces would.

Got sick of shitty salons not doing it how I wanted, so I bought a set of clippers and did it myself. no.1 above the ears and round the neck, scissored the top a little shorter than the fringe and shaved in the parting.

yeah I razored it in, started off quite thin and sharp but I end up having to re shave it every 4 days or so as my hair grows fast. I guess each time I've done it (probably 4 times now) its gotten a little more sketchy. that picture does make it look particularly bad though, overhead lighting isn't doing it any favours. will have to grow it back a little more this time.

Originally the sides and the top were both shortish. Over the past year I've been getting the sides cut shorter and leaving the top to grow but getting it thinned out. Worked pretty well, but I've let the sides and top grow out so I guess I was thinking about slightly changing it.
