1) do it the right way and dont eat fat or carbs PERIOD, drink lots of water, eat lowcarb vegetables and protein and do some cardio and light weight lifting

or

Cutting out juice and soda will do quite a bit on its own. Especially if you replace that ish with some water and activity.
