I need an /fa/ resume template. Mine looks like generi-trash.

Where did you get yours?

>the template I'm currently using

lol wtf is that

>> No.6735058

i paid someone to do it, didn't like the wording, so i modified his template a little bit, and changed all the wording around.

however in general, places no longer accept resume's in the paper form.

so i would just put the bare bones wording down so there are little-to-no format errors to be made from when online apps convert your word document to .txt, pdf or whatever it will do

and you don't need a resume at all if you're looking for a job that pays hourly, or less than $50,000 a year/and does not require a degree

also how did bob smith go from a community college, to obtain a master's in business?

no bachelor's huh?

>> No.6735066

That template looks fucking terrible.

I used a template that a friend who is in consulting uses. Times New Roman, 10pt, on 32lb paper.

yeah, i know @ the paper comment and the last sentence. the places i'm applying to are looking for an e-mailed resume.

>>6735066
i know. i don't think i've done much to it outside of made the spacing 10x less shitty since my days as an undergrad.

I would add references. Available upon request kind of shows that you my not have any, or that you haven't taken the time to ask their permission to use them seeming as if you have prematurely begun looking for work.

My father is Geroge Clooney from Up In The Air, but with a belly, and he did mine. They look very similar, though he put my contact information in the top right hand corner, and kept it very minimal.

obviously i don't have superfluous/archaic shit like that on my resume. i just picked a random template online that conveys the idea of my currently basic-bitch template.

This is an effay resume, ignoring the fact that half of it's blurred out and the other half is empty.

No offence to that guy if I'm wrong, but clearly his focus was on web design. How would C++ help him at all? He isn't making a web browser for fuck's sake.
