I actually think that's a very inspired jacket man
given the right material to give it a bit of a shine without looking plastic (treated nylon perhaps) could give it a biological aesthetic, I wouldn't call it attractive but I wouldn't call it ugly either.

Did a quick mockup of a scorpion-inspired jacket in Photoshop. This would be made of some kind of translucent, flexible plastic material. The big upper segment in the middle would hide a storage area, like built-in backpack.

Idea I had today: flannel jac shirt with, instead of plaid, digitally printed photographs (think cool evocative Tumblr type stuff) gridded over in a color scheme imitating plaid. Maybe each about two inches tall.

One mostly red, one mostly green, a different one mostly red, etc.

Something like that. Possibly not actually flannel, possibly something more functional: nylon canvas or Nixwax Analogy or something for the outer, lined in wool or maybe modal, etc.

Inspired by Thomas Ruff's JPEGS and "post-internet" prints.

It may already exist but I've never seen it, black socks reaching above the knees, with beige chino shorts that taper a little below the knee.

Sometimes have some creative ideas, and draw them into my notebook.

A mug, which I consider aesthetically pleasing. This design probably exists already, but I don't care.
