Go to /g/ desktop threads or redshit's rice board and find someone's desktop pic there. Ask what they use (DE/WM, programs, etc.)
Install them, read associated documentation (Arch unsurprisingly has a large wiki that documents ricing really well for a variety of software). After this, edit the config files for the associated software until you get what you want.

It's really not worth it unless you REALLY REALLY want to invest that time for a certain look.

Homophobia is a sad, strange state of mind. I almost feel sorry for people who suffer from it.

But I have to admit that, while an extreme example, it's not fundamentally different from other strange hatreds. Hatred is a dangerous thing.

Well, I think there can be positive hatreds born of a love for life and humanity (example: hating cold indifference to human life, hating the destruction of literature). But those are different in some important way. I think there ought to be a different word for it, but there isn't, as far as I know.

example: upload a video to the companies youtube. that's gonna take an hour or so, and i'm damn sure not gonna sit there doing nothing.
most people forget that google saves your search history and that your youtube password is the same as your google password.
