I feel like most women don't wear them anymore unless they have a real application for it. There was a period of time where everyone and their mom would wear terrible patterned ones. It seems like the more fit crowd has continued to wear them. I think they're great as long as they are basic like the images i've posted. They're from Oysho.

The Ameircan Apparel invisi cotton spandex thong is something I wear all the time but the quality is pretty bad. Comes in a bunch of colors though.
