Extra steps:
After vomiting, wash your hands off immediately in order to keep nail and finger damage to a minimum.

Then take some baking soda, mix it in with a little bit of water (just a very small amount), and rinse. Obviously, it will be revolting, but if you want to save your teeth, do it. Also, vomiting often can give you esophageal cancer, so you might wanna swallow just a super tiny bit of the baking soda/water. Baking soda is base and helps neutralize the hydrochloric acid.

I'm just back from the gym and about to have breakfast.

Half a cup of rice and 8 eggs, a ton of olive oil.
I'll be having 600g chicken, 300g lentils, 150g black eyed beans, 100g kidney beans, and a chilli sauce later.

500g Greek yoghurt, 100g oats, 2 peaches as a snack between the two meals.
Probably some bran flakes before bed.
