Ok /fa/ help me out here.

In a few weeks im moving to a new college and I want to better myself as a person. This includes my style.

I have little sense of fashion and how to dress well, Im not dressing ugly at this point its just that im not dressing good.

Any advice/rules/websites and whatnot I could visit to get a better understanding
