The whole idea behind downsizing is the denim is going to stretch out as you wear it, but it's minimal stretching tbh you're going to be a lot happier just getting true to size.

They're also going to shrink after you wash them, which brings me to another stupid thing denimheads like to do, which is not wash your fucking jeans...

When you get them do a cold soak every ~1-2months very cold water possibly woolite dark if you have any/could be fucked to buy any and flat dry
