I got the Zowie since I've had good experience with them in the past, and because aside from the Filco Majestouch 2 (or the Ninja variant) it was the only one around that fit the criteria.

A Filco is most certainly my next purchase though. Besides, the Zowie really isn't a "gaming keyboard". No ricer backlighting and billion macros or anything, only "gaming" feature is the ability via shortcut to make the windows key a Ctrl key.

For the Silent hightops, definitely cop TTS. They might be a tiny bit roomy, but they have heaps of padding inside and can tighten really easily. Strangely they fit me best out of my sneakers along with the strapped versions, and the mainline Damir sneaks I have fit a bit big.
