Im very firm with the brand, but need an opinion on the style/design

I need help. Are palladium boots /fa/. Would get pic related for really cheap. I would use them next winter but i have no idea would those look good in cheap streetwear fits.I normally use lowtop converse and i'm poor so i can't spend more than 100e on winter shoes.
