Hm, I was thinking something that didn't require too much hairgel or styling, just due to the weather here I'm gonna want to wear a hood or not have to worry about my hair that much, something that makes me look taller and thinner. I'm not exactly sure what looks that good at longer lengths for my head, because i've only really had tapers and fades. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated i'm just trying to experiment, and I do trust /fa/ quite a decent amount

What's your routine?

I'm going to start reg parks in august. I've just been focusing on shoulders and lats for a couple weeks when I realized how much they were lagging. I was doing a 5 day push/pull/legs. Also I need to cut but I don't fucking want to. I can't ever get below 14% without wanting to kill myself.

Well i've only been lifting for less then a year, but i started with SS, then went to a 5x5 in Bill Starr's style, but i've been doing a split for the last couple of months. If you want to work your shoulders OHP is magic, and for lats rows, deadlifts, and widegripped pullups are pretty good.
Basically heavy barbell shit always works, so regparks will probably be good for you

Honestly, I think buzzing it real tight Frank Yang style would be good for you. Can you grow facial hair? How's it look on you? You'll be pretty attractive after a cut (got a bit of a pudgy face at the moment but it'll clear up no problem) so you shouldn't fret too much.

I'm doing reg parks for my lmfao no legs. Lateral raises get cannonball shoulders. I have been alternating doing ohp, laterals, and rear delt flyes on one day and deads, bent barbell rows, and pullups and assisted pullups when I can't do them anymore. This is where I was when I found /fit/ in august. ~10-15lbs lighter. I had been doing only machines, but I was actually trying. I just didn't know anything.

Ah, i found them finally. Yeah I've had my hair cut like this before, maybe i'll revisit it. i didn't really like the shape it made my head look, but i don't think i've really had a nice buzzed haircut before, only below average ones. Well based on this thread I think maybe I shouldn't go for a longer hair look and just keep it short, especially my sides which just out of my head. But one more question: Whats a good length for the top if the sides are shaved? Or should the top just be shaved too like it has been. And thanks to all of you that helped out.

Ya gotta eat right, nothing you do with your body matters if it doesn't have what it needs to build. That's just something you need to work on in the kitchen. Lifting always feels good, but eating correctly doesn't always feel good. You can do it though, its not that hard once you do it for like a week or two.

I have the same type of hair of OP where the sides grow outward instead of down, so I trim the sides more often than I trim the top.

Hey Believe it or not OP I've got the same hair type as yours, like real straight afro type.

I've learn to cut them by my self, just buzz the side and back.

Our hair type take their shape and texture when they dry, so let the top grow like for real, and after a shower wear a beanie for an hour.

By magic you'll have them like silks on the top
