Oh what part? I live near Peachtree City though I'm currently in Helen visiting my family.


It didn't seem too hot yesterday but I suppose I've just gotten use to it. I agree with you though, it gets ridiculously hot here, shorts are definitely a necessity.

At least we have those rare "perfect" days where you really could go either way. Here in Helen it was near 70 F I believe. Of course, I'm in the mountains and it's much cooler here but it was just amazing.

Valdosta. It's like 20 Minutes from Florida. The weather is nice up in Helen. My family has a cabin up there and we visit it sometimes. The weather in the southern parts is hell compared to North Georgia.

Yeah, that's about three maybe four hours from Fayette. I can totally understand your pain though, I'm originally from Tallahassee and it gets very hot there.


Also, my sister went to Valdosta State, it's a pretty cool place imo. Everyone says that it's a college town but since I've only been once I wouldn't really know.
