It's fucking hot outside. I don't want to walk around with shirt having huge sweat stains in my armpit area and being uncomfortable.
Are sleeveless shirts or tanktops acceptable? Can they be /fa/?
A LOT of people say that you are douchebag if you wear them. I don't know how that bit of sleeve missing makes me douche. I think they aren't that bad unless you're a fatass or annorexic.

This just looks bad. His hands are like needles and the shirt is cut off too low. If you wear a normal fitting sleeveless and have your upper arm a bit thicker/atleast the same thickness as forearm, it looks perfect.

They're /fa/, just know about the place where you live and the culture there. If it's hot often enough to wear a good portion of people wear tank tops, few people will probably think you're a douche. They'll think you're trying to stay cool. I live in FL, and good portion of people here wear tanktops.

then I just wear them when I go running, but I don't think it would look bad to go sleeveless with the right outfit, skinny arms or not.
