Don't buy shitty tees.

Get shirts that are "modern fit" and look around for stores that have it

H&M usually has nice fitting T's
If you want to show off gains there's a store called Bluenotes in Canada and their shirts are slim fitting and tight around the end of the sleeves. The blank T's usually sell out pretty fast though.

If you're buying online check and see if there's a description on the shirt about how tall the model is and what size he has on.

oops I thought I was on /fit/
My advice still works if you're trying to go for that clean fit look though.

Buy small enough size

Do the pinch test on the fabric first, if it stretches more than a few centimeters it's shit

right issue it's because it's a boxy fit, get a slim fit or something like that. imo boxy fits > slim

Both of those are caused by excess material
Shit on the right can be stopped by buying slim fit
I don't really have the sleeve issue, it's the way the t shirt is cut so try different brands, assuming you're not buying a size too large
