Ausfags... Opinions on Roger David?

Between there and Myer is where I buy 90% of my clothes IRL, the rest usually online.

fucking scusting

A step above pther mall-tier clothing...but still very much mall-tier. Do you even Dirtbox or Violent Green?

No way is it a step above anything, worst retailer unless you count Lowes and Target and shit like that.

>> No.6346153

I meant in terms of aesthetics not build quality or fit. I won't argue though, I agree with the notion its shit.

eh, they're alright. They're pretty much the ASOS of Aus.

Best mall-tier clothing Australian dollaz can buy. Fuckloads better than the polyester shirts from yd. and Connor etc.

Clothes aren't fantastic, but that have good sales from time to time. Their chinos are fairly good. Copped the leather biker jacket and olive peacoat for $200 total.

ahhh hahahahahah fuck no.

but that said, i've seen some RDX stuff and it was Tarocash shit quality.

Why would you do that you poor, dumb bastard?

>> No.6346176

It's defs not Tarocash quality. It's a step above. Their trousers are usually at least 60% wool and shirts 100% cotton. Same can't be said for Tarocash. That and their sales reps are so much better

>>6346171
it's not too bad quality actually. I was pleasantly surprised. Genuine leather for $150, fits me really well, why complain? I didn't want something amazing because I'm in the process of getting /fit/ so I just wanted something temporary

>> No.6346180

They offer nice knits for the price, but outside of that everything else the sell is overpriced trash. Stick to Myer/DJ's as your staple budget option, then explore outwards from there.

Leather is not something you should ever cheap out on. Especially in a jacket.

>> No.6346244

RD has been one of the only stores I've felt comfortable shopping at, but I'm starting to get pretty sick of their shit. Way too expensive for what it is. There's some stuff that's alright if you can cop it on sale, though.

In my experience, the people who work there WILL try to dress you like a pleb.
>The wonderful thing about your suit blazer is you can wear it with jeans to dress up your casual outfits!

Shit at Roger David

Roger David is absolute shit.
I'm sorry to say anon but it is. Everything there is terrible quality and even their basics are shoddy.

If you want better quality for a similar price, check out Industrie. They have some really decent stock.

I never thought RD was that bad, although I don't exactly shop there on a regular basis. Is it really that bad? Where should I be shopping instead?

you shouldn't shop at RD unless you are really, really poor.

RD is like 5.5-6/10, if you want to build up a wardrobe quick and aren't relatively financially stable (eg student-tier), it's not bad.
Those stores and ones like Outpost and Vanishing Elephant are obviously better but also 40% more expensive, minimum.
