If you want short shorts then why the fuck did you buy a "super long" pair in the first place? You can get them tailored or just buy a 9" pair at JCP for like $14. I'm not a fan of cuffing shorts but I can understand a little bit of cuff to shorten them an inch or so and like the way it looks but yours is just seems excessive.
