don't know if you've been to sunset but I've seen a couple there. Ever been to the W? Try Melrose, Highland, Sunset you'll see people that can actually afford those clothing. You aren't going to see shit in Hollywood, just tourist from flyover states in a bus going to celebrity houses to stare at their fences. If you work around shitty areas, well your going to see shitty dressed people. Not being a dick, but i always have to drive to meetings all the time and the places i go to, everyone dresses nice. The only people i see dressed like shit are people driving in the star tours bus.
